Payment & Financing
We offer three flexible payment plans:
- Standard Plan: 20% deposit, 12-24 months to complete
- Extended Plan: 15% deposit, 24-36 months to complete
- Premium Plan: 10% deposit, up to 48 months to complete
All plans have no interest charges and flexible monthly payments.
No, there are no hidden fees or charges. The price you see is the price you pay. We believe in complete transparency and include all costs in our quoted prices. The only additional cost is the standard government registration fee for the title deed transfer, which is typically around Ksh 1,000-2,000.
Yes, all our properties can be paid for in installments. You can choose from our flexible payment plans that range from 12 to 48 months. Monthly payments are calculated based on the remaining balance after your initial deposit, divided by your chosen payment period.
We understand that financial situations can change. If you miss a payment, we will contact you to discuss your situation and work out a solution. We offer payment extensions and can adjust your payment schedule if needed. Our goal is to help you complete your investment successfully.
Title Deeds
You receive your title deed immediately upon completion of your final payment. We process the title deed transfer within 30 days of your last payment, ensuring you have full legal ownership of your property.
